Hi I am a recent graduate from CSNN, Mom to two great kiddos aged 6 and 7 (so inherently busy), wife to an amazing father and partner. Finding my place in the world after being home 8 years with the kiddos. Joined the team at 'Persoanlized Health Center' in Ottawa. I am still in learning mode but getting to work with a successful practicing Nutritionist is awesome! I also enjoy Kombucha and Sauerkraut experimentations.
